This week...

Tomorrow begins the memory of one of the worst weeks I can remember.

How could a full week be so awful.?

The memory of the coming week changed my life, and the lives of people I love, forever.

How can life, and our situation change so fast, and out of no where?

The love that was expressed that week last year... for the people that were lost...
will never be forgotten.

I hope we will all remember to love always

I will never forget where I was standing when I got the news.

or as I watched my little brother, dressed in a suit, carrying a casket
and the other one that was in the wrong place at the right time

This week please remember... that life is short.

**In loving memory of Scotty Burgin and Rachel Vigil

Winter

This year I am getting so excited for winter. I don't know why because I usually H.A.T.E. everything about the holidays. Once parentals are divorced thanksgiving and christmas suck! and I usually dislike the cold and the wet, but this year is different. Maybe its because I'm married, or maybe its because i have an extra layer that I have to wear. I don't know why I'm not minding the snow or the cold at all this year. Maybe because it was still like 70 degrees the first week of November so i'm finally ready for it. My amazing fire place might have something to do with it too.

children

Children are...
crazy
hard
adorable
hilarious
maddening
luscious
confusing
stinky
lovely
heart-melting
among other things...

Last week Isaac and i acquired 2 children and a dog! Talk about being shocked into marital bliss. It was a beyond crazy week. Not only did i have 2 children and a dog, My best friend Kelsey Beazer got married and turned into a Ross.
My best friend Kendra was in town for my best friend Kelsey's wedding.
It was an amazing learning week, but I wouldn't have changed anything about it.
Those kids are amazing! They fully melt my heart! I love them so much and Isaac loves them even more than me.

Also, you know how you go through stages of your life, where it seems like everyone around you is doing the same thing. Right after high school all of the boys go on missions. A couple years later everyone gets married. Then some where in there all of the boys come home from their missions. I think we are a step behind because we just barely got married and it seems like EVERYONE has a bun in the oven! Isaac and I learned we are no where near having babies so all of you preggers... we are great babysitters!
